Personal data collected from employees, service recipients, suppliers, and citizens may be shared with the DATA CONTROLLER’s suppliers, service providers, and legally authorized institutions and organizations within the framework of the conditions specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law, and in accordance with relevant legislation, in line with the conditions and purposes of personal data processing. 4. METHOD OF COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA AND LEGAL BASIS

The DATA CONTROLLER collects personal data through all kinds of auditory, written, visual and electronic methods, and within the framework of the purposes stated in this disclosure text, based on many legal grounds such as ensuring that the services provided by the DATA CONTROLLER are in compliance with the laws and relevant legislation, and that the Institution fully fulfills its obligations arising from contracts and laws. 5. RIGHTS OF PERSONAL DATA OWNERS AND THE PROTECTION OF THESE RIGHTS

According to Article 11 of the LAW, personal data owners have the following rights:

2. If personal data has been processed, to request information about it,

3. To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether it is being used in accordance with that purpose,

4. To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred, either domestically or internationally,

5. To request correction of personal data if it is incomplete or inaccurately processed,

6. To request the deletion or destruction of personal data under the conditions stipulated in Article

7 of the Law, 7. To request that third parties to whom personal data has been transferred be notified of the processing carried out under Articles 5 and 6 of the Law, 8. To object to a result arising against oneself through exclusively automated systems used for analyzing processed data.

9. Individuals have the right to request compensation for damages in case of unlawful processing of their personal data. To exercise these rights, personal data owners can apply to the DATA CONTROLLER in writing or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board, and the applications are finalized as soon as possible based on the nature of the request, but in any case, no later than 30 days.
